• Account: email, password (email signup), display name
• Google sign-in: Google user ID, email, and profile data within the consented scopes
• Contact forms: company name, contact name, phone, inquiry details
• Automatically collected: access time, browser/device info, IP address, and cookie-related data

2. Purpose of use

We use personal information to:

• Identify users, manage accounts, and prevent abuse
• Provide website features (community, manuals, etc.) and customer support
• Respond to product/sales inquiries and send necessary notices
• Improve the service, handle security incidents, and produce aggregated statistics

3. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. After account deletion or a valid deletion request, we delete or segregate data except where legal retention applies.

Raw daily visit rows used for site statistics (identifiers not linked to accounts) are kept for about 90 days and then deleted.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with consent, when required by law, or with processors that help us run the service under appropriate contracts.

5. Processors / service providers

We may use processors such as:

• Supabase (auth and database)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Google (when you choose Google sign-in)

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing via account settings or support@biztoktok.com, subject to legal limits.

7. Cookies

We use cookies or similar technologies for login, security, and convenience. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.

Visitor counts rely on a random identifier cookie that is not linked to your account or real name, and record only whether you visited on a given day. Raw daily visit rows are kept for about 90 days and then deleted.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS and access controls, to protect personal information.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version on the website with an effective date.
