Terms of Service

1. Purpose

The Service provides information, community features, and product information (including YG-POS AI) for store operators.

“Member” means a registered account user; “Visitor” means anyone using public pages without an account.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as allowed by law and will post updates on the website. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance.

3. Accounts and social login

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. If you use Google or other social login, authentication follows that provider’s terms and the scopes you approve.

4. Service availability

We may change or discontinue parts of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with notice when reasonably possible.

Licensing and feature details for installable software such as YG-POS AI may be governed by separate product policies. Website statements about free install/counter features may be updated over time.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Impersonate others or submit false information
• Disrupt or abuse the Service or infrastructure
• Post unlawful or harmful content
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights
• Send spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising

6. User content

You are responsible for content you post. We may remove or restrict content that violates law, these Terms, or others’ rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive right to display public posts as needed to operate and improve the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and company-created content are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer / limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including third-party outages (cloud, social login, etc.), or from use of free informational features.

9. Termination

You may request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear the case.
